Cancellation Policy

EVENT SERVICES AGREEMENT ACKAA Events LLC ("Company") & Client ("Client") 1. Deposit & Reservation: To secure the event date, time, and DJ package, Client must submit a deposit equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total contracted fee at booking. 2. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the event. Failure to remit payment constitutes a material breach, authorizing the Company to terminate services, cancel the booking, and retain all collected funds as liquidated damages. 3. Cancellation Policy: Client must provide formal written notice via email at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event start time. Cancellations made under 72 hours forfeit all monies paid, and Client remains liable for any outstanding contracted balance. 4. Rescheduling: Alternate dates are strictly subject to Company availability. If the Company cannot accommodate a rescheduling request due to calendar conflicts, standard Cancellation terms outlined in Section 3 shall apply. 5. Liability & Damage: Client assumes sole financial liability for any theft, loss, damage, or destruction of Company equipment caused by the Client, guests, or venue attendees. Full repair or replacement costs must be reimbursed within 14 days of the event. 6. Technical Requirements: Client must ensure the venue provides a stable, dry setup area with dedicated electrical access (min 15-amp circuit) within 20 feet of the performance space. Outdoor events strictly require a solid, overhead waterproof shelter or tent. 7. Force Majeure & Resolution: Neither party is liable for performance delays or failures caused by acts of God, severe weather, hurricanes, or government mandates. If the parties cannot mutually agree on an alternate date, the Company shall issue a full refund of all monies paid, including the 20% deposit, releasing both parties from further obligations. 8. Governing Law: This binding Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Jurisdiction and venue for any disputes shall lie exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
